Gentle Contrast

An original JSON declaration, not an executable plugin. A per-layer parameter named amount maps to contrast × 0.2 using existing basic filter primitives. Its default amount is zero, so it starts neutral. Only use in a build with the declarative plugin loader; this portal does not promise support in historical Windows installers.
